The Ricoh M C320FSE brings full colour print, scan, copy and fax capability into a footprint small enough for a reception desk. Fast output, minimal waiting
Warm-up completes in 22 seconds and the first colour page lands in 8.4 seconds, so short jobs don't queue behind a slow start. Continuous output runs at 32 ppm single-sided and 16 ppm duplex, with automatic two-sided printing as standard to cut paper spend from day one.
Scanning built for document workflows
The 50-sheet single-pass document feeder scans at up to 30 ipm simplex and 42 ipm duplex, at resolutions to 600 dpi. Scan directly to email, to a network folder or to USB, and output as searchable PDF, PDF/A, high-compression PDF, JPEG or TIFF — useful for teams archiving invoices, contracts and trade licences.
Compact by design
At 410 x 429 x 483 mm and 29.9 kg, the M C320FSE fits where a full copier cannot. Standard paper input is 250 sheets plus a 50-sheet bypass, expandable to 800 sheets with the optional 500-sheet tray, and a matching cabinet is available if you want it freestanding.
